Storage

For the best results serve same-day at room temp (65–72°F). Keep sealed and away from heat/sun.

7 days: Stored at room temperature.

14 days: Refrigerate, keep sealed. Before serving, let pops sit unopened 30–45 minutes, then open.

Freezer (up to 2 months): Wrap each pop, then place in an airtight container. Thaw in the fridge overnight; keep sealed until room temp to avoid “sweating.”
Serving

Serve at room temperature for best texture & flavor.

From fridge: leave sealed 30–45 min, then open and let breathe 5–10 min before display.
Transport & Display

Keep upright and cool; don’t leave in a hot car or direct sun.

Use a sturdy stand/foam base; avoid direct sun, heaters, and outdoor heat.
Troubleshooting

Condensation (“sweat”): Leave unwrapped at room temp 10–15 min to air-dry.

Cracks: Usually from temp shock—allow more time to warm before unwrapping.
