Because our treats are made to order, customized, and perishable, all sales are final.

We take care to confirm every detail in advance including flavors, quantities, and designs, so you will always know what to expect.

If you ever feel that your order was not prepared as agreed, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the issue.
