What are featured flavors?

We love to keep things exciting with flavors that change often — sometimes inspired by the season, sometimes by a craving, and sometimes just for fun! Check our website or follow us on social media for the most current menu options. 

Can I request custom designs or flavors?

Absolutely, that’s one of our specialties! From wedding colors to party themes, we love bringing your ideas to life. Since every custom design is unique, we’ll provide a consultation and approval process before confirming your order.

How far in advance should I place an order?

The more notice, the better!

For custom orders and catering, we kindly ask for a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice so we can plan, prep, and design your perfect treats with all the care they deserve.

Every so often, we’ll have a limited number of extras from large events or markets. When that happens, they’ll be posted on our website and available until sold out — so if you see something you love, snag it before it’s gone!

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Local pickup is always available. We will meet at the Walmart in American Fork, Utah.

We also offer local delivery within Utah and Salt Lake Counties for an additional fee, which varies based on your location.

For large events or catering orders, we’ll arrange a delivery plan during your consultation.

Do you ship your desserts?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer shipping just yet. Our treats are delicate and fresh, we want them to arrive as perfect as when they leave our kitchen. We do hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Are you a licensed bakery?

Sugar Sticks operates under Utah’s Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act, which allows us to legally prepare and sell homemade treats from our residential kitchen. While we are not a commercial kitchen (at least not yet!), we are fully certified with a food handler’s permit and always follow strict food-handling practices to ensure every treat is made with care and quality.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final since our treats are made to order and perishable. That said, your happiness matters to us! We confirm every detail in advance, from flavors to designs, so you’ll always know what to expect. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to correct the situation.
